Samurai Story

Samurai Story Outline 

1) Characters – List the characters and provide a description of each one that reveals his or her personality.

Sakamoto - Good - Samurai - Kudoo's best friend - Helpful - Honest - Fell in love with Ono - poor

Kudoo - Good - Sakamoto's best friend - Genius

Andoo - Bad - Ono's boy friend - evil - poor

Ono - daimyo's daughter - beautiful - kind - Like Sakamoto 

Abe - the daimyo - appreciate Kudoo - don't like Andoo at all

2) Setting - Describe the setting of the story including when and where it takes place.

Feudal Japan, Kyoto, most in daimyo's Palace, samurai school, forrest  

 

3) Problem/Conflict – Write what the main problem or problems are that the characters will try to solve.

Andoo stole Sakamoto's money and told Abe that Kudoo stole the money from Sakamoto, so Sakamoto got a fought with Kudoo. 

4) Solution - How do the characters solve the problem?

Kudoo tell the truth to Sakamoto that he didn't stole the money and they told Abe that Andoo stole the money from Kudoo for marring Ono.

 List the main events of the story in a logical, sequential way.

1. Sakamoto and Kudoo swarded that they will be best friends and become a samurai when they were little.  

2. When they grown up, they both became samurai and work for the same  daimyo - Abe. They both do good jobs so Abe trust them a lot, expectably Kudoo. So another samurai - Andoo jealous him.

3. One day, Sakamoto met Abe's daughter - Ono and Ono fell in love with him. But Andoo also loved Ono very much. 

4. Andoo knew that Sakamoto and Kudoo were good friends, so he stole all Sakamoto's money and told Abe that Kudoo stole the money from Sakamoto, so Sakamoto got a fought with Kudoo because he wouldn't have enough money to marry One, and also Abe wouldn't kill Kudoo for taking the money from others. So Abe would trust him

5.  Kudoo tell the truth to Sakamoto that he didn't stole the money and they told Abe that Andoo stole the money from Kudoo for marring Ono.

   Sakamoto and Kudoo went to the samurai school and met each others when they were still a kid. At first, Sakamoto was poor at using a dirk. When he threw out the dirk"shoeeeee......" and always stuck on wooden stick next to the puppet that their teacher wanted them to shoot at. So most of his classmates laughed at him and didn't like him. He was very sad and wanted a give up on his dream. But at the time, Kudoo gave him a hand and taught him how to threw the dirk accurate on the things. Sakamoto couldn't thank Kudoo enough, so they became best friends. One day, Kudoo invited Sakamoto to his house after school. They set by the window and enjoy some sushi. Sakamoto asked "Which kind of job will you want to do when you grow up, Kudoo?" Kudoo answered "Of course samurai!" Then Kudoo tied a roop on Sakamoto's dirk "This rope would prove our friendship! "  And Sakamoto took out another rope and tied on Kudoo's dirk. "Let's be best friends forever!"

    After 15 years, Sakamoto finally graduated from the samurai school and became a talented samurai. He worked for a daimyo called Abe and Kudoo was also work for Abe.They always went out for drink rice winds and hade Japanese meals.   But another samurai, Andoo jealous Kudoo a lot because Abe likes Kudoo better than him. So he hated Sakamoto, either. 

    On Abe's daughter, Ono's 16th birthday, Andoo finally asked Ono "Could you marry me? " But Ono answered "Sorry, but I was already fell in love with the young guy who always walk with Kudoo." This message really made Andoo feel very mad, so he burned Sakamoto's house and told Abe that Kudoo did that. Then Kudoo would kill by Abe because of burning others house and also Sakamoto won't forgive him forever. 

    Everything in Kudoo's expected. The next day morning Andoo told Abe that Kudoo burned Sakamoto's house. Sakamoto was very angry and punch Kudoo. Kudoo cried like a baby because he didn't know any thing about it. And also Kudoo gets into jail and would be kill at tomorrow morning.

    That night Sakamoto went to the jail to look of Kudoo. His face were terrible and looked innocent. Sakamoto asked "I still don't know why did you want to burned my house, can you tell me why?" "That's not me, is Andoo. He jealous you because Ono loves you. So if your house burned, you won't have money, then Ono would marry him. Please trust me." Sakamoto took out his dirk and broke the lock of the jail. Then he quickly took Kudoo out of the jail and rode his horse as fast as an arrow. But when Sakamoto arrived Abe's palace, Andoo's army were standing in front of the door and said " Leave, or you'll dead! " Sakamoto killed all of them immediately and ran into Abe's office "Sir, I need to tell you something." Abe saw Kudoo standing out of his office, so he shouted " Why do you take him out? Do you want to be a criminal? " "Sir, he is innocent. Andoo did that and blame on him. Please trust me. " At this time Andoo came into Abe's room and holding his dirk by Kudoo's neck "If you move, he'll dead. "But actually Andoo didn't found out that someone was behind he, so when he kept walking back, Ono put a knife by his neck and said "Put him down, or you'll dead." Then Andoo foubd that there was a lot of archer around the room, prepared to shoot him. Andoo just left out his hands and said nothing because he knew he would be in the heaven immediately.

    On Ono and Sakamoto's wedding, Kudoo gave Sakamoto a neckless and said "This neckless would give you courage to fought with others. Let's be friends again! " They chated happily and enjoy the Tea ceremony.
